What this really means is that Alex has redefined their idea of success. "In the US, it often feels like you're constantly chasing the next promotion or raise," they explain. "Here, the focus is on sustainability and well-being. It's not about who can work the longest hours, but who can maintain a healthy, balanced lifestyle."
